Hi there, I’m Helen, For the past 30 years I’ve been a practicing midwife working for the NHS in the U.K. and the HSE here in Ireland. For the past 15 years I have also been practicing as a self-employed home-birth midwife. I now specialise in supporting women with their fertility, pregnancy and childbirth by helping them to access the hidden powers of the unconscious mind. Hypnotherapy can work in conjunction with or as an alternative to infertility treatment.
If you are pregnant or expect to be pregnant soon, I offer a support service based around the tools and techniques of hypnobirthing that can be tailored to your specific needs.
If you are finding it difficult to get pregnant but have no identifiable physical impediments then I offer an infertility support service to help you to explore and address any psychological blocks that may be contributing. This can be in conjunction with or as an alternative to standard infertility treatment.
In addition to specialising in fertility, pregnancy and birth, I also work with clients for a range of other issues all of which respond well to hypnotherapy.
These include the full spectrum of issues that can stop you from living a happy and fulfilling life from childhood trauma, through the regulation of emotions such as depression and anxiety, to practical behaviour change choices such as weight loss and smoking cessation.
